GAME ABSTRACT

The medical starship "Concordius", while travelling towards Saturn, was hit by a huge wave of solar radiations. Everyone managed to evacuate the ship but a man, Jack.

He remained asleep in his cryo-pod for three weeks until the power grid of the capsule collapsed, forcing his awakening and causing him a temporary memory loss.  

He discovers that Sonia, his daughter, is still there, alive but stuck in a comatose state.  

During his attempts to get to her, Jack faces the corrupted A.I. of the ship that somehow knows all the details of Jack's private life...

Until I Breathe is a 3D single player first person walking simulator with survival and

stealth action components.

The game has been developed by a team of 13 students

at the Digital Bros Game Academy in 5 months.

my role

- Lead Level Designer

  • I designed the main areas of the starship and drew   the planimetry for each of them.

  • I built and decorated each room in engine, using the assets provided by the artists.

  • I designed the game flow and set the sequence of actions the player must perform to progress.

- Game Designer

  • I helped to define the plot setting and the main story.

  • I helped to define the main game mechanics.

  • I realized part of the documentation related to the level design. 

- Technical Designer (Art)

  • I created 3D models with Modo that the artist team used as reference.

  • I drew some concepts arts of the starship, the Personal - Omni - Device and some other assets.

  • I created new assets mixing parts of other assets.
